1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of all services provided by Bison Defense LLC, including Defensive Skills & Safety Course, first aid instruction, and related online and in-person training.
By registering for a class, submitting payment, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register for a Training Equipment-related course, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old, or have written parental consent if under 18.
• Be legally eligible to handle, possess, or use Training Equipment under federal and New York State law.
• Agree to follow all safety and conduct rules provided during instruction.
3. Registration and Payment
• Full payment or a deposit is required to reserve your class seat.
• Payments are processed securely through approved third-party vendors.
• All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information is accurate at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans may change. Our policy is as follows:
• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled class may be rescheduled or refunded (minus any processing fees).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at the instructor’s discretion.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
• Bison Defense reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.
5. Safety Policy
Safety is our top priority. All students must:
• Follow the instructor’s safety commands at all times.
• Bring only approved Training Equipment and ammunition when applicable.
• Never handle Training Equipment until instructed to do so.
• Wear proper safety gear during live-fire exercises.
Failure to comply may result in immediate dismissal from class without refund.
6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
By participating in any Bison Defense class or training session, you acknowledge and accept that:
• Training Equipment training involves inherent risks, including physical injury or property damage.
• You voluntarily assume all such risks and release Bison Defense LLC, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation.
• You agree to follow all instructions and safety procedures as provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, graphics, and website content are the property of Bison Defense LLC and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, share, or distribute our materials without written permission.
8. Conduct and Dismissal
We maintain a respectful, professional learning environment.
Bison Defense reserves the right to remove any participant for:
• Unsafe or disruptive behavior
• Possession of illegal substances
• Harassment or misconduct
No refund will be provided for dismissals based on misconduct.

• Participation in training courses
